Donning Published Books

OVER 65 YEARS OF PRINTING EXPERIENCE
Our printing facility is located in Marceline, Missouri, the rural boyhood home of Walt Disney. The PrePress, Printing, and Bindery facility employs nearly 1600 people and sales in all products exceed $115 million.

The marriage of computers and graphic-reproduction systems has provided our facility the opportunity to improve quality while updating our processes. Equipment manufacturers and our staff continually update to the latest state-of-the-art technology to maintain our leadership role.

Printing Facilities

Once your book has been designed and proofed by our award-winning designers, it is sent as a digital file to the pre-press facility for placement and output. That digital file is transformed directly onto plates that are used on our presses to print the pages and cover of your book. Six-color sheet-fed and web presses, a digital press, and a new screen press are just a sampling of the exceptional pieces of equipment used through the printing process. The printed pages and covers are then transformed into finished books through the bindery process. The raw materials in your bound books are the finest available, all necessary to make your book last. Packing, scheduling, and tracking are then coordinated to meet your critical deadlines.

By combining our experience as a leader in the publishing industry and your knowledge and insight into your history, the product of a publication that is the vehicle for your fundraiser will be of the highest quality and will speak volumes to the generations that follow in our footsteps.
